Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MuseExpo, operated by MuseLab Inc. (“MuseExpo,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or listing a property, you agree to these Terms. If you use MuseExpo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

MuseExpo is a catalog where publishers list their properties so AI companies can discover them and request access to licensed content. MuseExpo facilitates introductions and transactions between publishers and AI companies; we are not a party to the licensing agreements concluded between them unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Listings

Listing on MuseExpo is free. When you submit a listing, you represent that the information is accurate and that you own or are authorized to represent the listed property. You may request removal of your listing at any time via our contact page, and removal takes effect promptly. We may decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, infringing, or unlawful.

4. Fees

We charge no setup or monthly fees. When a transaction facilitated through MuseExpo closes, we take a 15% revenue share on the offer made by the AI company. If no transaction closes, no fee applies.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit listings for properties you do not represent.
• Do not use the site to send spam, scrape data at scale, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting publishers or MuseExpo.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your content and listed properties. Listing on MuseExpo grants us a limited license to display your listing information (such as your name, logo, URL, and description) in the catalog. The MuseExpo site, name, and branding are the property of MuseLab Inc.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listing on MuseExpo will result in offers, transactions, or any particular rates or terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseLab Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
